All prices quoted for wine are for 6 x 750ml packs and are inclusive of GST. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Freight Charges : $10 per carton. Orders of $300 (after any discounts are applied): Delivery free of charge. When ordering, your Shopping Cart will show the wines you have ordered.
Credit card transactions are performed using Bank SA’s Secure Online Internet Payment System(Secure Pay) Website. This site uses industry standard coded encryption techniques to ensure your security. No third party ever gets to see your card details.
Your contact details and any other information that you supply us with remains private and will never be passed on or sold to advertisers or other mailing lists.
Your credit card details will not be disclosed to anyone apart from the bank and will only be used for payment of your order.
When placing an order with Mazi Wines via the website or phone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.
Please allow up to 14 days for your wine to arrive after receiving confirmation of your order. If you have not received your wines in this time frame please contact us and we will trace your delivery.
We will not be able to deliver to PO Box. Physical address must be supplied.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.
We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances may be unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).
We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.
Refunds and returns
If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it. If you are not happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately.
Change of vintage
We make every effort to keep the information regarding vintage availability for each wine up to date but from time to time we are unable to supply the vintage listed on the website. If this occurs we will contact the customer prior to sending the wine to confirm that the alternative is acceptable.
